Evaluation of an Assertiveness Training Based on the Social Learning Theory for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Practitioners

Assertiveness is a fundamental type of behavior for the creation and maintenance positive relationships at work facilitation team functioning. Therefore, promotion assertiveness contributes to improving performance, preventing harassment work, facilitating adoption safe behaviors making critical decisions in terms occupational health safety.
